All our company's products feature wide-voltage and wide-frequency compatibility and can be customized to meet the specific requirements of the customer's country.
3. What type of lubricant is required? Is lubricant included in the packaging?
If you have selected an oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump, no vacuum oil is required. If you have selected an oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump, vacuum oil is required; however, due to customs regulations regarding the shipment of lubricants, vacuum oil is not included in the packaging.

V. After-Sales Service and Warranty
1. How long is the warranty period?
One year.
2. What does the warranty cover?
Shanggang warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from shipment or installation (whichever applies). Claims must be filed within this period, and coverage is limited to repair or replacement of confirmed defective parts only.
Third-party components (starters, controllers, motors, etc.) are covered by this warranty instead of original manufacturers' warranties. Consumables (packing, oil seals, bearings, coils, etc.) and routine maintenance are not covered.
The warranty is valid only if the product is installed, operated and maintained per the Operation Manual. It does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification/repair, or non-compliant operating conditions (incorrect voltage/pressure, improper environment, etc.), which will void the warranty.
Returning parts for warranty service requires prior factory authorisation, and parts must be sent to the factory. Defective parts will be repaired/replaced free of charge; non-warranty issues will incur fees. Used and custom-made parts are non-returnable.
Shanggang's total liability is limited to the contract price of the defective product/part. No special, indirect or consequential damages are covered. No other warranties, express or implied, apply beyond these terms.
